Site Selection
Spa Chakra assists with selection of the appropriate site. Our technical team is equipped to facilitate new spa development for a new site, for an existing building or the refurbishment of an existing spa.

Design Brief
The Spa Chakra team assists in creating an aesthetically pleasing and functionally organized “transformational” environment using a proven, research-based, client-focused design process. We can provide a list of requirements for soundproofing, HVAC, sound system, lighting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment.

Equipment Selection and Procurement
Spa Chakra provides detailed specifications for all equipment. If a tender process is desired, our team will recommend and brief distributors and assist in obtaining competitive bids. Our clients are also eligible for special partner discounts on internationally renowned Bouvier hydrotherapy equipment and Earthlite massage beds.

Construction and Technical Specifications

This system permeates all HR processes including recruiting, employee review, compensation, and employee relations. It is linked to the Moments of Truth Guest Experience program in order to ensure that Spa Chakra employees clearly understand their role in the delivery of service.

Recruitment
The Spa Chakra HR System is linked with the Recruiting Module assuring the right staff are attracted to and hired by the client spa. Our on-site launch team assists with all start-up recruitment activities including advertising, headhunting, working with trade schools, PR, etc. In addition, they play key roles in interviewing, hiring, and supporting the local Spa Director.

Information Technology
Point of Sale and Customer Relationship Management systems are critical to a successful spa operation. Our team is highly skilled in all areas of Information Technology including scheduling, database, workgroup applications, e-mail, and Internet. There are many existing systems—assistance in the procurement of the most appropriate software is readily available to ensure that software choices provide the following functionality in inventory tracking, cash register and POS tax and sales tracking, commission and incentive tracking, timecard functionality, gift certificate sales and tracking, loyalty and rewards program functionality and guest history and CRM modules.
